GenieHaus and GenieTracker are digital subscription services. Because access is granted immediately upon payment, refunds are reviewed case-by-case. Payments are processed through QuickBooks / Intuit.
As a digital SaaS provider, we do not offer automatic refunds once a billing cycle has begun. All sales are final unless a specific exception applies (see Section 2). We offer a free Bronze Lamp tier so you can evaluate the service before committing.

5. Processing & Timeline
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via QuickBooks / Intuit:
Credit/debit card: 5–10 business days.
ACH / bank transfer: 3–5 business days.
Other QB methods: Timeline communicated at approval.
6. Subscription Cancellations
Cancel any time from Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan. Cancellation takes effect at period end. Access continues until that date, then reverts to the free Bronze Lamp tier. See our Data Deletion Policy for workspace data handling.
7. Plan Downgrades
Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No prorated refund is issued. Some higher-tier features may become unavailable.
8. Disputed Charges & Chargebacks
Contact us at mohamed.safa@mgfgrp.combefore filing a chargeback — we resolve billing issues quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension.
9. Statutory Rights
EU/EEA consumers: Statutory 14-day right of withdrawal may apply; by using a paid service you acknowledge it may be waived under applicable law.
UK consumers: Similar rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
California consumers: Additional rights in our Privacy Policy under CCPA.
